Structures Foreman – Major Multi-Residential Project | Rochedale, Brisbane

An opportunity is available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a well-resourced construction team on a $70M multi-residential development in Rochedale, delivered over two stages.

This project features basement and podium construction and is about to commence, offering the rare chance to be involved from day one through to completion.

Working closely with an experienced Site Manager and a strong delivery team, you will play a key role in driving the structural works and setting the standard for site execution.

• Immediate commencement – join from project start

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day structural works on site

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and plant

• Drive program, quality and safety outcomes

• Work collaboratively with the Site Manager and wider delivery team

• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and methodology

About You

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on mid- to large-scale projects

• Strong knowledge of concrete, formwork, reinforcement and structural sequencing

• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively

• High standards across safety, quality and productivity

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
